Coffee & Bagel Brands Cares is our nonprofit organization dedicated to providing financial assistance to team members in the wake of a natural disaster or other catastrophic event.
To support the dreams that many team members have of starting or growing a family, we offer financial support through our Adoption Assistance Program. This program is available to Store Management, District Managers, Directors of Operations, and eligible Support Center team members who have at least one year of service.
Sabbaticals are offered to refresh and reinvigorate long-term Team Members and encourage them to pursue their own interests and dreams. This program is available to General Managers, District Managers, Directors of Operations, and eligible Support Center & Field Team Members. After 15 years of service (and every 5 years after), receive 4 weeks paid time off to follow your dreams and do what makes you happy!
